At My Family Healthcare we are not only the providers but also the owners. We believe the availability of great healthcare should encompass locally owned choices. My Family's practice is devoted to the total care of our patients. Our practice includes a broad range of services throughout ones lifespan from newborn to geriatric. Todays healthcare system passes more of the financial burden on to the consumer so we emphasize the value of prevention with annual physicals and well child examinations. We continue to expertly manage chronic and acute illness, with same day appointments available. Providers continually upgrade their clinical skills to bring our patients the most current evidence based practices. At times, complex problems arise, if needed we will refer you to the appropriate specialist. We are your healthcare guides through todays complicated healthcare system.

About our Staff
Our front desk receptionists are Dana Self, Savannah Park and Zoey Shelton. They cheerfully greet our patients, get them checked in and schedule appointments.
They also handle all incoming phone calls and messages to the nurses and Providers.
Ironda Hicks is our referral coordinator. She takes care of the referrals to specialists groups or advanced testing. Often dealing with insurance for hours to make sure our patients get the quality care they deserve, she does it with a smile and positive attitude.
Rachel Downey & Maisie Wolgamott are our onsite phlebotomists. They do an excellent job of processing lab and testing for our busy clinic.
Jody Toews, RN handles all our Medicare Wellness and Chronic Care Management . She is compassionate towards all their patients. Jody lets her faith shine through in all her good works.
Teenamarie Hood, MA is Mallory Earthman's nurse. She has a bright personality and loves taking care of the patients. .
Marsha Boyd, MA is Jennifer's right hand. She is kind, calm and uplifting with a positive outlook and always willing to assist others. Marsha also manages our vaccination programs for Medicaid and insurance patients.
Tammy Cole, MA is Brooke's nurse and her right hand. She always has a smile on her face and has a sweet and calming personality.
Bridget Moton, LPN is one of Dr. Brian's nurses and scribe. She always has a positive attitude and willing to help others.
Stacy Kennedy, MA is Dr. Brian's other nurse. She is always willing to help and always has a smile on her face.
Shannon Stovall, is our Office Manager.
She happily supports the Providers and staff. Please do not hesitate to ask for Shannon if you need any assistance.

My Family Providers
Brian S. Lee DC DO
Dr. Brian Lee is a fourth-generation physician who was born and raised in Durant. Dr. Brian completed his residency in family medicine in June 2016. He graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa. Dr. Brian also has a Chiropractic degree from Parker University trained in functional neurology and acupuncture. Dr. Brian is one of the sideline physicians for the Southeastern Football team. He has five wonderful blessings: Harmony, Spencer, Scout, Huck and Stone. He is a licensed pilot and enjoys aviation. He loves watching and being involved in his children's many activities.
Brooke Decker-Walters APRN C-FNP
Brooke was born and raised in the Durant area, the daughter of two teachers who taught her the importance of working hard and caring for others at a young age. After her grandfather had a stroke, she helped care for him and her career in nursing was born. Brooke graduated from East Central University in 2005 with her RN, BSN and continued her education at Texas Woman’s University, graduating with her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2008. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages.
Brooke has been married to her husband Ronnie since 2003 and they have three children, Christian, Emerson and Ellison. In her spare time, she enjoys running, watching OU football, and traveling to new places.
Jennifer R. Nelson APRN C-FNP
Jennifer began her nursing career over 22 years ago here in Durant. Jennifer felt she was called into nursing to help others in both good health and illness. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with honors obtaining a Bachelor of Science of Nursing. Jennifer then completed a Masters in Science from the University of Oklahoma in 2011, becoming Board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has two daughters Darian and Dylan. She enjoys OU Sooner sports, reading, traveling, fishing and fitness. Jennifer's enjoys family care, seeing patients of all ages. Jennifer is also trained and certified in bioidentical hormones replacement for women and men.
